ABOUT STEVEN M. BIMSTON
Mr. Bimston is a valued partner with the Firm’s Business Litigation department. His practice focuses on the complex issues surrounding all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation as well as representing secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Bimston brought to the Firm a wide variety of experience, having previously represented condominium associations, mortgage servicers and even indigent criminal defendants as an assistant public defender for Broward County.
