Mr. Rasco heads the Firm’s Litigation Department and has extensive experience in civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. He handles complex litigation in Circuit Court and Federal District Court where he represents financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, real estate brokers, shareholders, partnerships, corporations and other businesses interests before, during and after a lawsuit is filed. Rasco’s “hands on” approach and business acumen are key factors in achieving the business objectives of clients who face acrimonious litigation. His prior experience as an accountant gives him a unique perspective when reviewing complex financial transactions from a litigation point of view. Rasco also has vast experience in probate litigation, will contests, divorce and family law matters.
Mr. Rasco has been involved in a number of high profile cases including, Guantanamo Detainee Federal Litigation; Lazaro Gonzalez (Elian); In Re: Mae Thomson; In Re: Chinese Drywall, Multi District Litigation, among others and has dedicated significant time and effort to community, civic and religious organizations.
Mr. Rasco is an active leader in bar activities and has provided a significant pro bono legal work as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, the Put Something Back Program, CABA and through other recognized organizations.
